Health journal

My father-in-law has to have his health journaled every day, so instead of jotting it down on sticky notes I decided to create a journal that they could keep all of his details in. I named it Dan, Deets and made it out of the very old Denim Days paper pack with denim pockets and cute wooden rulers.
